One of India’s iconic beverage brands, with over 180 branded stores and a strong online presence, aimed to expand into unorganized tea vending points. The goal was to deliver a consistent, clean, and delightful chai experience at neighborhood corners—without compromising on quality or brand identity.

To support this ambitious strategy, the brand needed a world-class mobile experience that could: 

  • Enable discovery of offers 

  • Allow pre-ordering and token management 

  • Integrate payments and loyalty programs
